      Bad politics in the office. Seasoned senior managers and leaders refused to change will try all they can to demotivate/psycho young/ new staffs.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
