      Pros

      Salary is average at best with bonuses and raises yearly. Hybrid work is great as well currently 3 days in office with 2 at home Benefits are fantastic with long time off, 3 months for paternity and good health insurance.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth depending on what office you work out of Management invests in some people but not all Company only focuses on profits over people and brands

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
