      Big company with lots of opportunity. Great benefits. Very flexible and managed with the employees in mind.

      As a big company it can be difficult to find your next steps - networking is required - but they're working on bridging silos and increasing transparency of opportunities for managers and employees.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
