      Henkel truly invests in employee development. I had the chance to take a short-term assignment in SEA and connect with inspiring game changers across the region. Employees are trusted with ownership of their projects, and the hybrid work setup is a big plus!

      There can be too many engagement activities at times, though participation isn’t mandatory.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
