Pros
Henkel has great opportunities for internal mobility. I recently moved from Marketing & Sales to HR, and I'm grateful for the trust and support I received in taking on a regional role. I also appreciate the hybrid work setup and inclusive benefits, including gender-neutral parental leave that supports LGBTQ+ couples. As someone passionate about DEI, I value our employee resource groups and the focus on topics like inclusion, CSR, and sustainability. It's also encouraging to work in a place where leaders genuinely listen to employee feedback.
Cons
There are periods when the workload can be quite heavy. However, I've found it easy to have open conversations with managers and stakeholders to adjust priorities and manage expectations when needed.
