Pros
Big company, in a good city. Doctor, fireworkers on site. Good cantines. Theoretically one could grow into very different positions. Some of the social benefits are good. Work-private life balance is good.
Cons
Sometimes the objectives of the company are not reachable, and despite of the positives results, measures to save money are enforced resulting in low motivation of employees.
