      Pros

      Quite good benefits but nothing else. Might be good for fresh graduates to get some experience, but for long period.

      Cons

      Team leads are treating employees as a slaves. No work/life balance at all. They do not care about personal needs of employees at all!!!! Management think that the are special and the rest od employees The salary is one of the lowest in Slovakia.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
