      Good environment, growing company, and multinational experience, due to the variety in the staff.

      Cons

      I couldn't find a transferring to another city to work so that made me change my mind about it, nothing bad.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
