      A lot of responsibility for interns, Different company’s product for free

      Cons

      Big separation between top management ans others; They cutting job positions all the time, so for interns no possibility to stay and full-time workers are also under risk; No benefits No team events No possibility to grow from the entry levels

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
