      If you like putting in overtime and making decent pay as a lab tech this job is for you! A great stepping stone for scientific career. The people genuine and close.

      Overtime may be mandatory 24/7 plant shifts are not flexible Unorganized A ses pool of HR nightmares Upper management sucks If you get assigned a shift assume you will be there forever including working weekends

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
