Henkel promotes global and local initiatives that promote and reinforce this ideology, as well as sustainable involvement in the manufacturing process of its products. It is a flexible company with a lot of development potential in the Lean culture, if we use all the tools available.
Cons
The processes are somewhat disorganized and there is no global-regional unfolding of procedures. There is a very strong political sense in which it paralyzes some processes and undermines the consequences of a sense of responsibility. Wages are not equalized according to academic competence, technical skills, performance above expectations and facilitators for other sectors.
