No concern given what so ever if you aren't a kiss ass, no advancement, no raises, no acknowledgement at all. They give people bad reviews or put them on a performance plan when they want to get rid of you for no apparent reason. Very unprofessional people in the Field Sales office in Rogers Arkansas for the most part. The only good employees they've had are gone, either by their own choice or because they were terminated in a very deceiving way. Managers are the worst I've ever dealt with and HR?, they don't even know what HR means. It doesn't mean to back the bad guy, it means do your job and get those nasty people out the door. HR is what is ruining Henkel because they aren't taking out the real trash.
