Pros
I am relatively new to Henkel. So far my experience has been more than great. First, I absolutely love its supportive collaborative culture. The team is fantastic - everyone works very hard for the common goal and always ready to lend a hand at anytime. There are also many opportunities for growth both locally and internationally and employees’ development is definitely an important focus for the leadership team. From the total organization perspective, the company has a strong vision and strategy that is set as a foundation for all local plans as well.
Cons
Most innovation comes from the US so there is not much local product development. It is a fast-paced environment with many projects/ priorities at the same time but no more than with an average CPG company.
