      Pros

      Excellence oriented culture, lots of growth opportunities, promotes internally. Pay is competitive. Management is transparent and forward looking. Decent fitness facility and a bring your dog to work day every Friday is nice. If you work hard and have good results you'll be recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      It's hard to meet everyone and know everyone's names. But on the plus side you'll always have new people to meet.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
