      Pros

      The company creates a sense of belonging within a challenging working atmosphere, it develops your skills and shapes you into a better employee. Through this 16 months the company has shown great leadership with a humane approach towards its employees, looking after us, while providing the tools, resources and environment needed to excel in our work.

      Cons

      Despite being a global company some of its products are better known than the company itself, perhaps promoting the Henkel name as a global brand company would be a good investment.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
