      - GREAT teamspirit & culture! Poeple are very nice & warm hearted but most of all they truely care for each other and are always super supportive! - Entrepreneurial & "Can do" mindset! At Henkel Mexico poeple do not think in barriers or challenges, they think into opportunities! We get the room and trust for being entrepreneurs. - Inspiring (female) leaders - Henkel does truely commit to Diversity and Inlcusion and works as a team to grow in this area

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
