      Pros

      - big corporate with almost unlimited opportunities to develop and explore different routes and side steps possible - great culture & colleagues that are fun to work with - great options of upskillings & trainings - inspiring events like our learning festival incl high class external speaker - female role models - Henkel Kindergarten - many benefits like extra health insurance, free library, etc. - great cantine and coffee places - culture changed a lot (to the positive) in the last years - flexible working hours + Home Office (where possible of course)

      Cons

      - Salary negotiations can last a while - politics, but from my POV you will have in every corporate

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
