      Pros

      Majority of the folks I have encountered, within and outside of my function(HR), have been super helpful and left a positive and lasting impression. So eager to assist in finding solutions while being open to learn along the way if they were unsure themselves. I never felt as if I was bothersome. True leadership is typically exemplified without much push!

      Cons

      The culture in some groups tend to stay to themselves or within their own business unit (mostly folks working within the labs/in the field) and require a bit more interaction or involvement with onsite events. However, with conversation and with one person being a bit more outgoing, that can shift the whole dynamic. I have seen and experienced it myself all while seeing more members becoming involved in certain ERGs/committees onsite.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
