      Pros

      - Process moved very quickly. Within 3 weeks decisions were made - Very accommodating schedules - Clear on expectations - From Recruitment, Hiring Manager to HR Director pleasant and quick - Good benefits.(Health Spending, Wellness, DCPP, RRSP match) -Culture is very good - Hybrid

      Cons

      - Lost vacation weeks from previous employer. There is no wiggle room on this. It is company policy - Background check took long - Lean team so you need to be the kind to be agile and pivot as needed. This may not work for everyone.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
