Pros
There are lots of talented, genuine people here who want to do good work and support each other. If you're proactive, there are opportunities to grow or move internally. Flexible working is a real plus and makes a big difference when you're juggling life outside of work.
Cons
Change can be slow, and things sometimes feel more complex than they need to be. It can be hard to get decisions made quickly, and the workload can feel intense at times, especially when priorities shift without much notice. Some cultural and leadership behaviours are evolving, but still not fully consistent across the board.
