- No proper HR policies - No trust in the employees - No company culture. - Really bad contract, no probation period. When you join, you get surprised with no option to leave. - Doctor's notice required from the first day of sick leave. - Retention rate is very bad, people leave at the first opportunity. - If you decide to leave within 2 years will ask for huge amount of money which is not mentioned in contract. Be very careful of this. - Only one client, VW. Company has no strategy how to attract new clients. - Even for 1 day leave 2 weeks of notice is needed to be given. - Be vary of the contract.
