      Nothing to say at all.

      Cons

      - No proper HR policies - No trust in the employees - No company culture. - Really bad contract, no probation period. When you join, you get surprised with no option to leave. - Doctor's notice required from the first day of sick leave. - Retention rate is very bad, people leave at the first opportunity. - If you decide to leave within 2 years will ask for huge amount of money which is not mentioned in contract. Be very careful of this. - Only one client, VW. Company has no strategy how to attract new clients. - Even for 1 day leave 2 weeks of notice is needed to be given. - Be vary of the contract.

      Nothing, literally nothing is pros.

      Cons

      HR will treat you like your property, Extreme amount of racism happening in company, Foreign team ( not client ) will not do any work but will take credit of all your work and then will fire you. HR in India will not help but will make you work like slave without any prior intimation. They would say you have not done any work, yet your work is there working in the client machinery. No notice period, No severance. Nothing.
