Pros

Amazing work environment, some very talented employees, they work and play hard, this is a company to watch out for as its slowly but surely progressing in a structured way from the minor league to the big league...

Cons

No major ones... tbf internal promotion needs some improvement, the company can be a bit too good with its employees as its high level of employee retention shows

Pros

Marcus Teilman ruined this company like many more after i left. I was employee of the year for many years until this person came in. He hates empowered women and has some sicko sexual problems that somehow the industry keeps covering up. If you check his CV he as "left" every company he has been at totally broken and messed up and a financial mess. this one person made Highlight Media a living hell for me. They had to rebrand as A Crowd because of all the issues he created. And then A crowd got a CEO that did coke during office hours. Worst place to work in Malta. Dont get near this company

There are no pros as everything that's been good has been taken away by the current owner,

Cons

The management is extremely rude to the employees and I can’t say this is a serious company. The way things work at Highlight Media Group / Rock Intention Malta / Net Gaming is extremely shady. Employees are treated as slaves and are forced to take more responsibility whenever someone leaves the company. Instead of filling these positions, the management is always focusing on saving money. A strategy that’s been in used lately is to dedicate the workflow/backlog to current employees. This means that one person might have to deal with 3-4 jobs at the same time. Many people are leaving the company as a result of the mess. Another thing to point out is the organization and how unorganized the company is. Roles are unclear and no one takes any responsibility. It’s been like this ever since the previous owner sold the company to Net Gaming. The current owner is trying to save as much money as possible by transforming the company to a cheap labor camp!

Many thanks for your review. With due respect, we disagree with your comments. Our high employee retention rates (nearly 50% of our employees have been with us for over 3 years) in a highly competitive working environment where job mobility and employee turnover is usually quite high disproves your comments. In August 2018, we celebrated our 15th year of operations with a huge event. 15 years in the affiliate/SEO market is a long time indeed. Few companies can boast such longevity. Indeed, this is a testament to how serious and respected an operator we are.
