Amazing work environment, some very talented employees, they work and play hard, this is a company to watch out for as its slowly but surely progressing in a structured way from the minor league to the big league...

Cons

No major ones... tbf internal promotion needs some improvement, the company can be a bit too good with its employees as its high level of employee retention shows

If you want to be an slave of a smurf with no idea about gaming. It's up to you.

Cons

As other said, they treat the employees as slaves. You should give your entire life there. Don't try to create something as they can stole you. Don't forget they are scandinavians and they only want money at whatever price. If you are a woman, forget to promote, as they think you are not valid for a management role.... at least you do something else. They are very sexist and racist. If you are thinking to join HLM, think twice.

Thank you for taking your time to review our company. We are sorry you feel this way but we wish to reassure you that there are more women now in key positions at HLM then there has been in the last 5 years. In fact 40% of our employees are now female. At least 10 women occupy managerial posts. Our employees at Highlight also represent 20 different nationalities. We also have a very inclusive maternity and paternity policy in place which has been very successful with both our female and male employees. We pride ourselves with a high retention of our employees. In fact, nearly 50% of our employees have been with us for over 3 years.
