Pros
* Working for last year or so & have great team mates in the pod who support whenever needed * Perks are good & now stock is also liquid real money which is great * Tech stack is good & very current * AI stress is great & keeps us at the edge of AI learning
Cons
Sometimes timezone coordination with US teams is a bit of challenge, but I have seen it when working in other US based firms too
