Good team but extremely poor leadership - Support Manager Hinge Health Employee Review

Poor and out-of-touch department leadership. Resources are rarely allocated to Support so we're continuously drowning. Department director can't communicate to save his life and he never means what he says. Always touting "growth opportunities" that don't actually exist. 401(k) match is only 2%. Industry standard is 2x-3x that.
