Pros
- Amazing product that really does help people - Great location to work from - great food - Pretty good benefits - There are people who are dedicated to the mission and those people really carry the culture
Cons
- Leadership focus changes without much guidance or clear communication but will micromanage you for any slips you perform - Lots of "quiet layoffs" in the form of PIPs and being told to move to SF or "leave" - People in visible roles do talk poorly about employees and have been known to share confidential employment information about employees - Management will tell you you're doing great then do a 180 at the time of reviews
