Overworked, overpromised,underpaid. CEO fires staffs on the spot without black and white. Got away with MOM regulations as most of them were blue collared. While salary review within 3 months is incorporated in contract, they will shift and increase KPIs to avoid it. Promises responsibilities verbally but does not churn it to position to salary. Expects staff to do 12 hours and has crazy demands on a day to day basis such that there is no time for a couple minutes for lunch.
