ceo is known to be vulgar and rude, double-faced as well as very nonchalant. has little care for his employees - talks about servant leadership to his poorly paid mid-management employees but does not extend the same to anyone not in his good graces. they do not acknowledge wins with proper remuneration. if you're looking for a job that has good compensation as part of your job satisfaction, don't work here, you'll end up practically working like a slave, and under the median standard salary range, basically, you'll still end up in the poverty zone.

Overworked, overpromised,underpaid. CEO fires staffs on the spot without black and white. Got away with MOM regulations as most of them were blue collared. While salary review within 3 months is incorporated in contract, they will shift and increase KPIs to avoid it. Promises responsibilities verbally but does not churn it to position to salary. Expects staff to do 12 hours and has crazy demands on a day to day basis such that there is no time for a couple minutes for lunch.
