While it is very rare for us to dismiss employees abruptly, certain situations do occasionally require immediate action. We want to assure you that we always strive to handle such cases with professionalism and care. By law, we are required to provide a termination letter to every departing employee. If you did not receive this, please reach out to our HR team so we can promptly address this oversight.
We recognize the importance of fostering clarity and alignment across the organization. To this end, we’ve implemented a new OKR (Objectives and Key Results) system designed to improve internal coherence and transparency, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working toward shared goals.
