We appreciate that everyone reacts differently to the structural changes described here. Our aim has always been to ensure a robust support system and clear direction for all employees. It's important to acknowledge that our internal feedback channels indicate employees are satisfied with the improved operational clarity following this decision.
Our previous PR department did a tremendous job, and were highly skilled, valued members of the team. Unfortunately it became clear that PR simply isn't the best fit for our business model.
The recent changes have also allowed us to promote many individuals internally, giving them opportunities to step into leadership roles and contribute fresh ideas while we focus on our fundamentals.
We are committed to continuous improvement and encourage open dialogue.
