Pros
Super flexible hours, worked there when I was in high school, and once I proved that I was somewhat competent, it was pretty easy to pick up hours when I wanted to.
Cons
Management wasn't the best. The worst was when they were super high-strung, often resulting in a work environment where it felt like anything you did was wrong.
