No Logic - Anonymous employee Hologic Employee Review

Management is awful. Massive amounts of favoritism and sexism at play in terms of growth within your career in this company. If you know who to suck up or if you look good in a skirt, you'll quickly climb up that ladder to a cushy 6 figure salary while getting to "work from home" doing "special projects" in no time. If you keep your head down and do your job well, you'll be doing the same thing until you retire or until they let you go. The technology is antiquated and computers and software is outdated and inefficient to perform any task. They will fire and hire more unqualified old white dudes just because they fit the role. I mean we're a woman's health company and 90% of the management and leaders are old white dudes. Go figure.
