      Great Best-in-Class Products Strong Management Respectful and helpful employees Compensation appears fair. Salary surveys are conducted to make sure salary match the local industry Best HR I've seen in the three places I've worked

      Difficult to find routes for advancement Sometimes managers are busy with their own tasks and don't have time to develop their reports
