Room for improvement - Quality Control Supervisor Hologic Employee Review

Very low salary for position regardless of tenure. Communication between Leadership Team and direct reports was not great - lots of things being missed. Reporting lines did not make sense. Lack of technical experts in management. Culture not great, could be better. Blame culture needs addressing - even after leaving it continued. Removal of employee scorecards - very bad performance management tool. Site focus can be improved. Leadership level management needs a full review as it’s not a good place if you appreciate good mental health.
