Cons
Company had replaced their over the phone sales people with AI that makes a million mistakes. The AI or as you so lovingly call it - virtual assistants - have taken away all the sales the SDEs do, no matter how much you don't want to give them credit for it. It doesn't matter the renter has called in 5 times before the viewing, if the AI booked it, you are not getting commission for it no matter how much you fight for it. Even if it is a feeder model where you have to coordinate with the onsite team directly. I've been told it's been like this for a little over a year now. So as much as people and one team is their main values, their actions and compensation doesn't reflect it.
