Pros

Genuinely good place to work, especially if it's your first full-time career job. Coworkers and management are great to work with and you do feel supported when adjusting to your role.

Cons

Depending on your position there isn't that much room for advancement, but the company is growing and many on the team have stayed there for years.

Pros

There are no pro's to this job, besides leaving it.

Cons

No HR Department: There is no HR to turn to for support or to report issues. The lack of accountability enables rampant unprofessionalism and disrespect. Unprofessional Management: The management is a micromanaging nightmare. Constantly breathing down your neck, there's no room for autonomy, and the stress of this micromanagement creates an environment of anxiety and resentment. Misleading Job Benefits: Despite claims in the job listing, there are no employer-sponsored health benefits—just a small reimbursement for your own health insurance, which is inadequate. Severe Turnover: Turnover rates are shockingly high. Many employees quit abruptly, with some walking out on the spot due to the toxic environment. Unmanageable Workload: You will be answering calls non-stop while also juggling tasks across multiple outdated and painfully slow systems. There’s no time to catch your breath, let alone get your work done. Constant Phone Pressure: You’re expected to be on the phone 24/7. If you step away for even a few minutes, you’ll face backlash. Management will override your phone status to force you back online, even during lunch breaks, because they’re annoyed you’re not taking calls. Understaffing and Weekend Work: The company is severely understaffed, forcing employees to work weekends. The relentless demands make achieving work-life balance impossible. Hybrid Work Issues: Despite hiring for hybrid roles, management constantly threatens to revoke the benefit, requires employees to “prove” readiness well past the 90-day mark, and openly complains about those who work remotely. Toxic Culture: The office feels like a circus, with rampant bullying, favoritism, and inappropriate behavior. It’s a disrespectful and unprofessional environment where you’ll constantly feel overwhelmed and undervalued. Severe Health Impacts: The stress and toxicity take a significant toll on mental and physical health. My average heart rate increased, and I suffered from anxiety, insomnia, and burnout. Outdated Systems: The systems are ancient and unreliable, causing frequent delays and errors. You’ll waste countless hours wrestling with inefficient processes.
