Pros
Great colleagues, great products, strong leadership, fully remote, very diverse, good pay, very strong financial position (investment/funding) and clear path to profitabilty Really invigorating and motivating in-person all company kick off this month. Amazing to finally meet colleagues from around the world.
Cons
Turbulent recent few months with lots of changes and restructures. Product strategy and vision forward was lacking. That vision is now clearer and employees are getting excited again for the future.
