The hr department and the supervisors governing it are absolutely soul sucking. We are grossly understaffed and underpaid yet we are each asked to do the work of two or three typical hr staff member. Job descriptions and posting systems are routinely incorrect and often changed that candidates are left disappointed about what we are actually seeking in am employee.
