Growing company with a lot to offer. Management takes employees' suggestions for improving corporate atmosphere seriously and encourages internal growth. The company is focused on improving customers' experiences and going above and beyond to keep consumers happy with services. Hotwire Communications also encourages employee participation across the board, and hosts many FUN corporate events (i.e., Marlins' games), corporate runs, and parties to help keep the small-business feel in a fast-growing business.
Cons
Because this is a fast-growing company, there are not always defined processes in place; however this gives employees the opportunity to influence and contribute to new processes being implemented by management.
