HR needs to do better job or get a better system at reviewing applicants. As I am reapplying. I applied for position, dating back 3-5 years ago, anD postion is still active on my profile. Then it gives me the option if I want to withdraw from the position. If I withdraw it will prompt a statement saying I will not be able to apply for position again. The system or HR is not up to date with applicants.
