Pros
The Methodist company is okay. Large corporation and executives seem to care about staff. Bonuses are substantial.
Cons
Some specific units are incredibly disorganized from a management perspective. Staff are allowed to get away with doing minimal work. Unit that I worked on specifically (CVICU) was poorly managed and reasonable concerns were not considered or mediated.
