Pros
Working in Huawei means working with colleagues from all around the world. You can make a meeting with some Chinese colleagues one hour, and then switch to India, Turkey and Romania after 30 minutes, plus all the Italian meetings with the clients. Most of the projects have real impacts on final subscribers (whether it is 5G, optic fiber or some business critical software) and hence it is easy to find the right motivation to perform at your best. In 2 years I have increased step-by-step my responsibilities and I am now managing a team, always working at the client-office to make possible all the requirements.
Cons
Flexible mindset required. There are many experts, both a lot of times you can interact with them just from remote and sometimes it is more demanding to overcome all the language and culture differences.
