The payscale is relatively on the high end but I regret I was fooled by that. I discourage everyone in particular women. The hiring is obviously biased towards male gender and you can see that by simply comparing the number of men and women in engineering departments. Also as a woman I was the target of bully, violence and harrasment multiple times that has affected my life and health and everytime I was advised by my manager to give it time. The environment is extremely toxic and people in teams compete (and bully) each other for no reason. Now I am desperately searching for a job while I deal with stress and depression which obviously affects my performance in my interviews. If you are not looking for trouble my friendly advice to you is to avoid.
