-good benefit package -brand is relatively under-developed in the US so good time to gain experience in building it from scratch -co-workers overall are hard-working and friendly people
Cons
-pay is very low compared to other telecom companies -everything is micromanaged from China; US division has little say in what to do with its own business; very bureaucratic -no sense of direction on where the company is heading to -bad products, poor service -you're expected to work around the clock -employees are not assets, just robots to get the work done, trust me, you'll feel VERY STRONGLY about this -no career advancement nor training; the same people kept on getting promoted while the rest remain at the same position for 3-5 years before they decided to not waste their time here and either quit on themselves or get laid off -the company is deteriorating because the US government will not allow it to thrive -performance rating is a joke
