Pros
Nice portfolio. Company is the largest on the segment, has a huge footprint in China and good presence in Europe, but quite none in Americas.
Cons
Even outside of China company still being managed by Chinese people without any skill or knowledge of local rules, culture and relationship. They are not Bussines oriented, only driven by Purchase Order (PO, PO, PO) at any cost. For the employees nothing, only stress, no benefits. They fire people as change the weather, no mentor, sponsorship even friend.
