Pros
Very young and motivating environment, especially before company grew too much. Company immediately gives you responsibilities and, even if not immediate, if you work well you will be recognized. Last, good product quality helps your daily job
Cons
Security policies are simply paranoid, and prevent you from working serenely. There's not a real career path, you have to build it on your own. Cooperation with Chinese is often hard, especially because they never totally trust you; on the other side, they will undermine the customer reputation that you have built with effort. Travel allowance is non-existing
