With regard to the concerns mentioned in the Cons section of your review, we would like to use this opportunity to share some broader context with readers. The current global business environment and its outlook remain challenging, with markets being impacted by several external factors that are beyond the control of any organisation and HSC is no exception. Being part of the same industry, you may also have observed how many organisations have had to let go of employees under the guise of restructuring.
At HSC, while we may occasionally be required to take tough decisions, we have never believed in retrenching our employees. This belief has remained consistent through the economic downturn of 2008, the COVID‑19 pandemic, and the current transformational phase the industry is witnessing.
HSC has never claimed, advertised, or aspired to be in the top quartile in terms of compensation alone. Instead, our focus has been on offering a comprehensive benefits package, a people‑centric and enabling work environment, a family‑like culture, and opportunities to work on cutting‑edge technologies for global customers elements that collectively make us one of the preferred places to work in our industry.
