      large volume of work. No training.

      No employee benefits. No recognition for work. They want people who can do bucketing.

      Great team members Good place to learn best practices but which is evolving consistently in SDE world. Great environment Good WLB

      Management is out of reach Poor product market fit so don’t see a bright future on some of it’s products.
