      large volume of work. No training.

      Cons

      No employee benefits. No recognition for work. They want people who can do bucketing.

      Worst management. HR is pathetic. No scope for growth. HR is expert in employee termination. Very low salary.

      Company is well established having 70 plus years of operation world wide. Company provide subsidised food. Provide insurance and have lots of employees engagement activities.
